It's a Colt!!
This is Vanessa's new baby colt, arrived April 21 at 11:30 am. (who said mares like to foal at night?) We are
calling him Reason. He weighed in at 94 pounds, was imprinted at birth, and is handled daily. He has been
out on the trails with his mom and is curious and bold. He is a sweetheart of a colt , sensitive and responsive,
and beautifully gaited. He is jet black, no white at all, doing well with the farrier, leading, giving to pressure,
and overall handling. The Dam carries Frisco Cappuccino and Missouri Traveler lines. Sire goes back to
Danny Joe's Golden Shadow and Snip's Black Diamond. Other great lines include Yankee, Pierson Creek,
Black Cloud, and Merry Go Boy. Vanessa gave us another dandy! Watch for updates as he grows.
